2. Tour Follow Up

Hi Jenna,

Thanks for touring Sample School today! It was great meeting you, and we look forward to having Scott in our 4th-grade class. We all enjoyed his energy and enthusiasm, and we think he would be an excellent fit for Sample.

You can fill out enrollment forms online or in person, whichever you prefer. Here is the link to online enrollment. If you prefer to meet in person, let’s schedule a time for you to come into the office! Are you available this Thursday at 10am? We’ve had a lot of interest in the fourth grade, so we want to ensure you can secure a spot this year.

Hi Jenna,

I hope you are having a great week! Last time we spoke you were looking for an after-school soccer program for Scott. Were you able to find one? We recently had the local soccer club come in for a presentation, and they would be an excellent option for you.

We still have a couple of 4th-grade spots available, so let me know if you’re interested in joining us at Sample School. I look forward to hearing from you!

4. Follow Up After Meeting at Event

Hi Jenna,

It was great chatting with you! In case you don’t remember, we met last week at the Summertime in the Park event, where we talked about Sample School’s programs and the possibility of your son Scott joining us for the next school year.

Right now, I’m in the process of programming school tours to potential families, and I wanted to schedule you in since more parents are interested than spots available.

Would you be able to come in for a tour on Wednesday at 1pm? Let me know if that works; we would love you and Scott to visit our school!
